Reminder: Satisfactory Academic Progress

Every academic year, the Office of Scholarships and Student aid is required by Federal Regulations to monitor the academic progress of each application for financial assistance. It is the student's responsibility to stay informed of the university's SAP standards and to monitor their progress. To be eligible for financial aid at NCCU, whether or not aid was received in the past, students must be in compliance with all three of the following areas: cumulative GPA, hours earned, and maximum length of study. SAP letters were sent to students via email and postal mail. There is an appeal process as stated in the student's SAP letters.
