There are many advantages to having a dining membership. Besides saving money, your student will find a huge variety of nutritious and great-tasting foods without the hassles of shopping, cooking or cleaning up. At our monthly theme buffets, your student can enjoy great food, live entertainment, and even win door prizes.

Your student’s dining membership applies to Taos Restaurant in the lower level of the Corbett Center Student Union. Unlimited entry into the Taos Restaurant is continuous during operating hours, and menu offerings change throughout the day.

Food choices vary widely, including fresh fruits and vegetables, home-style entrees, made-to-order foods, and beverages. Nutritional information for standard recipes used by Campus Dining Services is available upon request at the Dining Services Office.

Dining Services will make every effort to accommodate your student’s needs if he or she subscribes to a particular diet for health-related reasons or because of a food allergy. It is important to discuss these needs ahead of time, simply make an appointment with the Dining Services Director.
