Hundreds of UWF Freshman Volunteer for "Make A Difference Day" and Beyond Service Projects

In recognition and awareness of Make A Difference Day, the single largest national day of service and volunteerism, over three hundred UWF freshman students engaged in service projects across Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties throughout several weekends in October and early November. In the spirit of Make A Difference Day and beyond, many of these students traded their weekends to come together to make a difference and gave back to their community through service.
