Living on campus is part of the full college experience! Our staff is committed to making a living/learning center for our on-campus community. By planning programs, activities of interest, and by advising and counseling, we intend to assist your student in their personal growth.
Who Must Live On Campus
All day undergraduate students with 0-48 credit hours are required to live on campus unless one or both of the following criteria applies:
- The student is married
- The student resides with a parent or legal guardian within the tri-county area (Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach)
If a student is over the age of 25 or married, they have the option to move into the apartments or to live off campus.
Undergraduate Residence Halls Available to Your Student
- Goodwin Residence Hall (first year students, 0 – 30 credits, traditional style living)
- The Commons (first year student leaders, 0 – 30 credits and upperclassmen, 31-120 credits, suite style)
- Founders, Farquhar, Vettel and the Cultural Living Center Apartments (juniors and seniors with 60-120 credits, apartment style)

Your Student’s Security in our Halls
- Goodwin Residence Hall is equipped with a 24-hour security desk, card access to the parking lot and building, and security cameras in the lobby, laundry room, and elevator.
- The Commons is equipped with a 24-hour security desk, card access to the parking lot, building and rooms, and security cameras throughout the building.
- Founders, Farquhar, Vettel and the Cultural Living Center Apartments have card access to the building and key access to the rooms, security cameras, and card access to the parking lot.
