Moving out date/time- all residents that are not graduating, have applied to live on-campus for the summer, employed by the University or assisting with a University-approved function (ie: Graduation) are required to check out of their rooms by Wednesday, May 9th at 5pm.

All residents are required to move out or relocate to their summer housing assignment no later than Saturday, May 12th at 5pm. Residents needing special arrangements due to flights, time constraints, etc... need to make immediate contact with their resident assistant. Accommodations are done on a case by case basis.

Procedures for moving out- all residents must remove all personal items from their room, clean (dust, vacuum, wipe surfaces) their rooms prior to physically checking out. Residents have two options for checking out: 1) residents may use our express checkout process. packets for express check out will be available at the front desk of all halls during and after finals week. Residents will fill out the packet with their information, place their keys in the packet provided and return the express checkout packet to the front desk of their hall when it is open. hall staff will then check the room for any possible damages; 2) Residents can make an appointment with their RA or go to the front desk of their hall during desk hours (1pm-12am daily) to check out with a staff member. The difference between Express and appointments is that a staff member is with a resident when checking out. A resident that may have questions or concerns about issues in their room or possible damages are encouraged to make an appointment instead of using the express check out process.

Also, Summer Housing will be in South Leoser from May 9th, to end of July/early August. All rooms are private and meal plans are required. Rates and prices available in the Housing Office or by calling (918) 444-4700.
