MRP provides academic and student support services to assist in the enrollment, retention and graduation of multicultural students.
Programs and services offered in MRP include: MRP Tracker, specialized tutoring in English and mathematics, first-year student workshops, leadership development, personal, career and financial aid assistance, mentoring and referrals to other campus resources.
In collaboration with the MEC, the MRP sponsors programs and activities to increase the level of understanding and appreciation for cultural diversity on campus and in the community. The MEC also serves as a “home away from home” for all students, particularly multicultural and multiracial students, faculty and staff.
