The University Counseling Center provides free and confidential time limited services to UWO enrolled students to address their personal, career and academic success. Students receive support and opportunities to develop life skills to manage stress, relationship conflict, depression/anxiety, family issues, substance abuse, body image, self-esteem, relationship or sexual violence, impacts of racism, LGBTQ issues and academic performance and other common issues.
