At PBU, students are not only residents of campus, but members of our community and family. Living on campus allows students the opportunity to be close to and participate in the many social and athletic events held on campus—not to mention living only a safe step away from classes! One of the most important ways in which we become supportive of one another and involved with each other is through community and relationship. Residential living provides these advantages and allows students to enjoy friendships that will last a lifetime.

There are three different housing opportunities available to students. Manor Campus is our only residence hall offering exclusively suite styled living accommodations. Situated at the heart of campus between academic buildings, the cafeteria, and the athletic facilities, Manor Campus is a diverse and vibrant community of students with instant access to all the campus has to offer. Heritage Hall is PBU’s largest residential location and our newest, located at the main entrance of the University. Here students will find a mix of suites and doubles tied together by a large and lively Great Room. PBU’s Penndel Apartments are located less than one mile from campus and offer students an opportunity to reside in an engaging apartment style residence hall. Offering the most space and independence of the three residential sites, Penndel Apartments continue to be a popular living option for upperclassmen and non-traditional students.

Each residential site provides students with wireless access and furniture, including a desk, twin bed and mattress, dresser, and laundry facilities.
