Career Center
(585) 275-2366
The Career Center facilitates developmental processes by individually meeting the needs of diverse undergraduates and alumni. Staff members are inspired to maintain a nationally recognized facility dedicated to providing state-of-the-art career planning, placement, employer relations services, and academically linked career counseling for students and alumni.
Counselors advise students and alumni regarding goal setting, targeting employers, résumé and job search correspondence, interviewing, and networking. Rochester is a member of an internship consortium, which through shared postings makes over 11,000 internships available to students seeking opportunities in varied fields and locations, both nationally and internationally. Prior to beginning their senior year, 96% of seniors have had at least one career related experience.
