Save $824.00 in Fees: Important Notice Regarding Waiver For Student Health Insurance

If you have your own health insurance that covers you in the state of Alabama and do not want the Aetna Student Health Insurance costing $824.00 to be added to your bill, it is imperative to declare your insurance carrier by filling out the waiver beginning July 1st.
The last date to waive the student health insurance is September 15th. If the waiver has not been completed by that date then the $824.00 will remain on the student billing and CANNOT be removed!!
Fill out the Student Health Insurance Waiver to avoid this charge if you already have another health insurance plan.
