Atriums AB or CD

These rooms can be two large rooms or four smaller rooms. They are mainly used for meetings, trainings and rehearsals.

Portico A

This room is used for small meetings.

Portico B-C-D

This room can be divided into three smaller rooms.  It is mainly used for meetings, lectures and rehearsals.

Portico E

This room may be used for small to mid-size meetings, lectures and rehearsals.

Commons

This is the most visited area on campus. It is a beautiful open atrium with a glass ceiling.  Lectures, press conferences, rallies and special events are held in this area.

Ballroom East-Central-West

Combined or separately, the three ballrooms can be used for large speaking engagements, luncheons, dinners, galas, conferences, exhibitions, rehearsals and much more.

Prefunction Area

This is a great place for small receptions, registration, exhibits, information tables and much more. It should be reserved in conjunction with the Ballrooms, Promenades, Forum or Theatre.

Promenades AB

This room can be divided into two smaller sections. It is used for banquets, small meetings, small lectures, hospitality room and much more.

Commuter Lounge Conference Room

This is a small room in the back of the Commuter Lounge. In addition to table and chairs, it has a white marker board and is used for small meetings.

The Forum

This room has tiered seating and is mainly used for lectures, meetings, multimedia presentations and demonstrations.

The Theatre

The seating capacity of the Theatre is 475.  It is mainly used for large lectures, movie screenings, theatre productions and concerts.

The Varsity

This room is mainly used for programming, live music, award presentations, small lectures or gatherings and coffee houses. This room has a small built-in stage. This room leads out to a beautiful courtyard with more seating.
