Student Activities enhances the student experience by developing and empowering students, creating opportunities for meaningful interpersonal relationships, supporting student organizations, and providing fun, engaging programs for the diverse campus community. Student Activities sponsors weekly and yearly events including Philly Connections, Free Food and Fun Fridays, Memorable Moments, Spring Fling, and Homecoming.

Student Organizations

Student Activities works to support and empower student organizations as they enhance campus culture with their events, ideas, and leadership. With organizations devoted to everything from competitive dance to juggling to community involvement, chances are we have a registered organization for your student. Our office provides these organizations with organizational advisement, leadership opportunities, programming assistance, and many other things they need to contribute to student life at Temple University!

Greek Life

Student Activities supports thirty-five recognized fraternities and sororities on campus. Greek Life focuses on leadership development, academics, and service. These organizations foster lifetime relationships both between members and to the University, while contributing to the diversity of the Temple campus.

Main Campus Program Board (MCPB)

MCPB is a student-led organization that plans the largest events at Temple. From trips to Broadway shows to campus concerts, students can help plan any event they would like to see on campus. Along with the Student Activities, MCPB assists in the planning and implementing of Welcome Week and Homecoming events!

Temple Student Government (TSG)

TSG was established to serve the student body by organizing its voice on academic and student life issues and representing it to the Temple administration. TSG serves the student body by advocating and representing their voice for the benefit of the university community while providing access to resources. All students are welcome to explore their interest through the government, and are asked to create a progressive environment by participating in University life.

Service Immersion Program (SIP)

SIP actively engages Temple University students in meaningful experiences that foster cultural awareness, global understanding, and social responsibility through learning, service and reflection.  Students can apply to participate in weekday or weekend programs on a local, national, or international level.
