Spring Break Check-out Procedures
All residents must leave their room/bathroom clean.
Actions to be taken before checking out:
- Discard all food and perishable items. Place all trash in the outside trash dumpsters
- Residents must leave their room/bathroom clean
- Residents are responsible for securing all personal items. Residents are strongly encouraged to remove valuable items
- Return all campus property to cafeteria, library, etc.
- Close and lock all doors, windows and blinds
- Unplug and defrost refrigerators and unplug all electrical appliances
- Leave heating on low

How do I withdraw from Classes?
Contact the Office of the Registrar to withdraw from a course or the University.

How do I withdraw from the University?
Contact the Office of the Registrar to withdraw from a course or the University.
- Report to the University's Counseling Center located in Queen Washington Health Center. Meet with a counselor and complete the Request to Withdraw Form from the University.
- Obtain all required signatures.
- Submit the form to the Records Office.
How do I obtain a transcript of my grades?
Transcript requests must be made in writing or by fax and should include your full name (including previous names), social security number, signature, phone number, including area code, term last enrolled, number of transcripts requested, complete address of where to mail the transcript (s), and any special instructions (i.e., hold until degree posted, etc.)

You can obtain 5 free copies of your transcript; any additional transcripts ordered will cost $1.00 per transcript. Unofficial transcripts can be accessed using myTSU.
Requests may be submitted in person in the Records Office, by mail or fax.
