Billing and Payment
Billing
The first bill each semester is mailed to the student’s permanent address on file as well as e-mailed to his official Truman e-mail address. All other monthly semester bills are e-mailed to his Truman e-mail address.
Only the first bill each semester is mailed on paper to the student’s permanent address; all other statements are posted online. Students and authorized users will receive e-mail notices when updated online statements are available to view.
Payment options
Payment in Full
The full amount of the semester fees is due by the end of the first week of classes. If not paid by the due date, interest will be assessed on the unpaid balance at the rate of 9%.
Flexible Payment Plan
Students and those they have designated as authorized users, will receive monthly e-mail billing notices showing the remaining balance that is due. Payments can be as flexible as your individual circumstances require, as long as 25% of total fees is paid by the end of the first week of the semester. Final payment for the semester is due by the following dates to avoid an additional $50 late fee:
- November 20 (fall semester fees)
- April 20 (spring semester fees)
- July 5 (summer semester fees)
