When Do I Need to Apply?
Submit your FAFSA by the March 1st Priority Date. Please note that some scholarships have earlier deadlines than most financial aid.
What is Financial Aid?
- Grants... financial aid that does not need to be repaid.
- Scholarships... given based on student merit or need. Does not need to be repaid.
- Work-Study... lets you earn money to pay for education expenses while enrolled.
- Volunteer/Educational Awards...awards earned through volunteer service with AmeriCorps.
- Loans . . . borrowed money that must be repaid with interest.
