The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships recognizes that paying for a UCI education is a partnership between parents, students and the university. We provide resources and services to assist students and their families with grants, scholarships and loans. All eligible students and parents can receive some type of financial assistance, regardless of the family’s income and assets.
Students must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form each year by March 2 to establish financial need and be considered for all types of need-based financial aid for the next academic year.
Parents and students should know deadlines, keep copies of all documents and correspondence, and read all e-mails from the financial aid office.
