UCR Campus Health Center
The Campus Health Center provides high quality medical and dental care to students with a focus on convenience and affordability. The services include a comprehensive primary care clinic with a laboratory, x-ray suite and a full pharmacy on site. Psychiatric services and a dental clinic are available, as well. All registered students are eligible to use the Health Center and the fees are affordable.
University of California students are required to have health insurance. A comprehensive student health insurance plan is included with the student’s fees. If your son or daughter is covered under another comparable plan, a waiver will be granted. For details on the deadline, information needed and the online waiver form, see the Health Center website.
All new students who will be under the age of 19 on the first day of classes must submit the UCR Health Requirement Form attesting to the fact that they have had the state-mandated Hepatitis B vaccine series or are making progress toward completion of the series.
