Since opening its doors in January 1992 with three sold-out performances of CATS, the Phillips Center has hosted performers as diverse as Tony Bennett, Itzhak Perlman, RIVERDANCE, Ray Charles, Alison Krauss, STOMP, Yo-Yo Ma, David Sedaris, Bolshoi Ballet, Wynton Marsalis, Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra and Capitol Steps.

The Phillips Center consists of a 1,700-seat proscenium hall and a 200-seat Black Box Theatre. It is located in the University of Florida Cultural Plaza near the intersection of 34th Street and Hull Road with convenient access from I-75 at the Archer Road and Newberry Road exits.

Student tickets can be purchased at the Phillips Center Box Office or the University Box Office.
