Off Campus Life
The department of Off Campus Life’s mission is to educate and empower students in their development as responsible Gator neighbors in the Gainesville community and beyond.
Students living off-campus have rights and responsibilities associated with the pursuit of a healthy off-campus experience. The department of Off Campus Life provides services and resources to enhance students’ off-campus experience, foster civic engagement, and support student awareness and growth towards being members of the greater community.
The department of Off Campus Life has many resources and services for students living off campus including a free off campus housing locator service and our annual publication, the Gator Guide to Off Campus Life. The Gator Guide includes information about budgeting, leases, questions to ask when you tour apartments, safety, and much more.
