The Counseling Center provides free services to students who elect to address personal or psychological concerns with a professional counselor. Typical concerns include interpersonal and family issues, academic problems, anxiety, depression and addictions. The center also will assist with referrals for students who seek services beyond the scope of on-campus resources.

Through our staff of board-certified nurse practitioners, registered nurses and a collaborating physician, Health Services provides treatment of illness and injuries, and offers education and support to help students make choices that will enable them to enjoy a lifetime of good health. Students must call the office to set up an appointment for services, with special consideration given for emergency situations. All full-time students must be covered by health insurance. Students covered by their own plan must complete an online waiver form to avoid compulsory enrollment in the College plan.
