Union College Parent Guide
International Programs
More than 60 percent of all Union students have an abroad experience in dozens of countries. Programs focus on creating innovative opportunities, many of which combine elements of entrepreneurship, research or community service with the chance for students to pursue their academic interests and individual passions. There are also formal exchanges, global partnerships, research trips, specialized terms in marine studies and national health systems, science and engineering programs and independent study.
Three-week mini-terms, for one course credit, are offered during winter and summer in various U.S. cities and countries from Argentina to New Zealand.
