Counseling Center Helps Your Student Succeed

From freshmen to seniors, each year of the undergraduate experience presents its own set of transitions. Maintaining balance while making adjustments can be challenging for students and a concern for parents and family.

The UC Irvine Counseling Center is committed to helping undergraduates achieve optimal mental health and well-being, personal growth, and the capacity to cope with the stresses of being a university student.

Our mission is to provide support to students by offering time limited psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and educational workshops. We also offer mental health consultation, training and limited psychological testing. The Counseling Center is proud to have a diverse staff that includes psychologists, a psychiatrist and social worker, and pre-doctoral and postdoctoral psychological interns and fellows.
