To assist with the transition into college, we encourage all new students to read the Student Health 101 Back-to-School special issue. Student Health 101 is a monthly health and wellness magazine just for college students and their parents. Each issue contains valuable information that will help your student make better decisions while in college, and can help you with a better understanding of the health and wellness challenges that face today's students.

As a UNM parent, you are also invited to read the Parent Perspective, the parents-only edition that summarizes the topics covered in your student's Student Health 101 issue.
