Health 101: A web magazine for students, parents

The most recent issue of the web magazine Student Health 101 (SH101) has some valuable health and wellness information for students and their parents. Articles include:

UNM students can learn about campus resources (online and departmental) for mental health issues and alcohol and drug use. They can find out how to sign up for free workshops on test anxiety and anger management, as well as how to access the latest information about H1N1 Influenza at UNM.

Student Health 101 also offers an online General Health Guide, which is a quick reference for common health questions and emergencies for college students.

As a UNM parent, you can read SH101's Parent Perspective, the parents-only edition that summarizes the topics covered in your student's Student Health 101 issue.
