Western Kentucky University Parent Guide
WKU Library Services
WKU Libraries offers essential help for student research and study needs. The campus wireless network allows students to use laptops while in the Helm-Cravens complex (check out one at Circulation). Along with books, journals, and reference sources, there are computer workstations for accessing academic databases, a Visual and Performing Arts Library, and a separate Education Resource Center in the new Gary Ransdell Hall. The Kentucky Library & Museum houses significant primary research documents and exhibits.
WKU Libraries has regional sites in Owensboro, Glasgow, and Elizabethtown. A tour of the central library can be arranged by calling 745-6115.
