Off-campus housing service

For students choosing to live off-campus, all they need to find their perfect place is just a click away!

The Office of Orientation & Parent Programs is pleased to share the off-campus housing website to simplify the off-campus housing search for students, parents, faculty, and area property owners or managers. The site includes properties for rent and sale, as well as message boards to find roommates, buy or sell furniture, and more. The site is accessible at http://classifieds.fiu.edu. If you have a property for rent or sale that you’d like to list on the new site, please contact Emmaline Smith at (877) 895-1234 or [email protected].
