Looking to sublease my room at Hillside Ranch. It's in a 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom cottage but only 3 other girls live there. They are all super nice and clean.
I pay $709/month ($689 for rent and an extra $20 for furnished) but I am only charging $475. I will pay your portion of all the utilities as well. April rent is paid for and you can move in whenever. I don't want this room to go to waste!
It is fully furnished/ pet friendly/ washer and dryer in cottage/ huge pool/ nice gym/ walking distance to campus. I love everything about the place but my boyfriend and I are moving in together so I just don't need it anymore.
My lease is up end of July. Text me if you want more photos and info! 951-290-9503
